Frequently Asked Questions

We rent roll-off containers because we can use a hook-lift to place them in tighter areas such as alleys and driveways. We have several smaller delivery trucks for incredibly tight places. In addition to putting the dumpsters in closer quarters, the hook-lift system allows us to lower them softly, non-damaging to concrete, asphalt, and lawns.

Arkansas Portable Toilets Dumpster does not handle hazardous wastes, so we do not accept:

  • Paint
  • Chemicals
  • Solvents of any kind
  • Asbestos
  • Oil drums
  • Tires
  • Free liquids of any kind
  • Materials that are
    • Toxic
    • Volatile
    • Explosive
    • Highly flammable
    • Bio-medical
    • Infectious

We typically do not handle home appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, AC units, or dehumidifiers. Please call to schedule the removal of these items. Additionally, as agreed to in the service agreement’s terms and conditions, the customer remains responsible for appropriate waste disposal.

12-yard dumpsters have a 3-ton weight limit; 15-yard dumpsters have a 4-ton limit. If you plan to load heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, or asphalt, please contact us for loading instructions.
