Proud to Serve Central Arkansas

Arkansas Portable Toilets is proud to have served central Arkansas for over twenty years by providing the best in portable toilets, luxury trailers and dumpsters. Arkansas Portables was founded by two locals, who both have deep roots in their community. They have attended school here, raised families here and always cheer on the Arkansas Razorbacks! The service provided by Arkansas Portables is more than just a business, it supports construction sites and special events both of which help Central Arkansas thrive and grow. Below are just a few of our previous partners that show how proud we are to be an integral part of the success of Little Rock and surrounding areas.

Past Events & Partners

Toad Suck Daze

Toad Suck Daze may have an odd name, but this festival is a great family event packed with live entertainment, wonderful food and unique shopping. Based on local legend, the name Toad Suck Daze refers to boat crew members who would visit the tavern on their way down the river and, ” suck on the bottle ’til they swell up like toads.” The name stuck, but the activities became much more family friendly. For three days in May, the festival takes over Downtown Conway in Central Arkansas and provides live music, over 100 merchants and of course, World Championship Toad Races. Arkansas Portables is proud to be a part of the fun!

Parks and Recreation

Central Arkansas is home to some of the countries most scenic parks, trails and of course the Arkansas River. Riverfront Park is known to be one of the best public parks in the country and offers a pedestrian bridge over the river, the little Rock Civil War Marker, Riverfront Park History Pavilion, Peabody Splash park, a nature center, sculpture garden and more! The First Security Amphitheater hosts multiple concerts and events with the river as its spectacular backdrop. The Arkansas River Trail provides a scenic ride for bikers and Pinnacle Mountain State Park features 40 miles of hiking trails. Central Arkansas offers many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors!

Little Rock Festivals and Events

Central Arkansas is home to many annual festivals and special events that showcase its diversity and rich cultural community. Several parades including SoMa’s annual mardi-gras parade and the St. Patricks Day Parade draw crowds to celebrate these special holidays. Food festivals such as The Jewish Food and Cultural Festival and The International Greek Food Festival provide insight into these delicious cultures! The Main Street Food Truck festival combines many cultures with over 60 food trucks serving up their unique cuisines. The Arkansas State fair celebrates our local culture with livestock shows, a rodeo and a carnival each October. When you visit Little Rock in Central Arkansas, you can see cultures from all over the world, or celebrate the traditions found in your own back yard.

Race for the Cure

The Susan G. Komen race for the cure is an incredible national event that supports the research, care and treatment of breast cancer. These runs and walks bring together community with a single mission, “to end breast cancer through research, care, community and action.” The Susan G. Koman organization has provided funds for more than 2,000 researches and can be directly linked to more than 3,000 breakthroughs in treatment, diagnosis and detection. These efforts are not inexpensive and are supported by amazing communities such as Central Arkansas that help raise money through these events and Arkansas Portables is proud to play its part!

Little Rock Marathon

Since 2003, The Little Rock Marathon has encouraged athletes of all abilities to get out, and get active! Featuring a full marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k and children’s events, there’s truly something for everyone. Arkansas Portables is prepared to provide toilets the first weekend of every march and has provided facilities for over 305,000 participants since the events inaugural event. The goal of the marathon is to raise money for the Little Rock Parks & Recreation department, who make sure we have beautiful outdoor facilities and parks to enjoy, making Central Arkansas a great place to live!

River Market

The downtown River Market District provides Central Arkansas with great food, entertainments and culture. During warmer months, The River Market hosts a farmers marketing with local vendors providing produce, homemade foods, jewelry, coffee, clothing and much more! Once the weather cools down a bit, Jazz in the park takes place each Wednesday in September and benefits the Art Porter Music Education organization for young people interested in Jazz. Arkansas Portable loves being a part of its community and playing a vital role in these wonderful outdoor events.
